Decentralized Domains and Data Products - the Data Mesh promises scalable data value generation but stands in contrast to traditional centralized Data Governance. Tiankai learned a lot from his journey both as Data Governance Leader on the client side, as well as now a Consultant, and would like to share some learnings on best practices of governing the Data Mesh effectively.
